James Roux Properties was established in 1981 in Table View, Cape Town when the founder/owner, James Roux, launched a new property development scheme in the area. Since then, the agency grew from strength to strength, over the years. During 2004 the business relocated to Gansbaai and since it has been operating successfully in the local market. As a result of the above, we are also well positioned to adapt to the constantly changing property market conditions. Sadly, James passed away during 2017 and 8 months later his wife, Margie, followed him. Their son, Leon, who managed the agency since 2010, continued with the family business after the loss of the 2 founders and has since registered the agency as a private company in 2019. To be more representative of the area we work in, we decided to change our name to Gansbaai Properties PTY Ltd. This was done in November 2023. By doing this, we believe that we do not only promote properties, but also Gansbaai itself. Vision and Mission
