- Enforcing the conduct rules of the estate on behalf of the Board
- Communicating decisions from the Board to residents, owners, contractors and service providers
- Solving problems relating to general maintenance
- Management of various service providers
- Security portfolio
- After hours emergency service for residents
A dedicated team of professionals including a portfolio manager, administrative assistant and credit controller will be assigned to each estate.
