Get to know your clients. Listen more than you speak. Understand what success looks like for them, not just what property they need.
At the end of the day, commercial property isn't just about closing deals—it's about opening doors to long-term relationships.
People first. Property second. Relationships always.

PPRA: Let's get behind those that are leading the charge and be part of the solution.

Respectfully, the growing frustration among property practitioners can no longer be ignored.
The current experience with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority reflects ongoing issues—poor communication, inconsistent processes, and a fee structure that feels increasingly punitive.
As agents, we operate in a results-driven environment where there are no guarantees.
We create opportunities from nothing, often under pressure, simply to earn a living. In that context, an inefficient and unresponsive regulatory system is not just frustrating—it’s unsustainable.
Regulation is necessary, and we support it. But it must be matched by accountability, service delivery, and professionalism from the regulator itself. At present, that balance feels lost.
We are not asking for less oversight—we are asking for better ex*****on, clearer communication, and a system that works with practitioners, not against them.
It’s time for a reset.
