The landscaped courtyard has turned out even better than expected. Such an awesome place to have an office.

We completed Braehead Office Park in November 2018. This office park has the prime address of 1 Old Main Road, Kloof. There is no office park in the area that can beat this site for exposure, or the magnificent sea views. Below are a few snapshots of the building, more photos to follow.

This is our last completed building. I just realised I hadn't posted it yet.

Over 800 Sqm in the heart of Kloof for a single user.

This building is fitted with all the bells and whistles, and is extremely hi-tech.

Seeing happy buyers makes us happy.

What are your thoughts on the development of a Private Tertiary Education Facility in the Upper Highway area?

We have the land, we have the vision, but we need to show an operator that there is demand in the area. We have the support of some of the local schools already.
