He left Seef and went on his own under the Realty Executives banner until the film and television industry grabbed him and pulled him back into its fold. Now living in Leisure Bay, Phillip suggested to Debbie that they get the sales department of Seabreeze Estates firing again. Phillip Wrote his PDE exam for his NQF4 in Real estate in February 2021 and is a fully qualified Estate agent. The latest family member to join the Seabreeze team is Renè du Plessis, Debbies daughter. Renè is a seasoned media advertising expert and has taken over the online side of Seabreeze promotions. Renè has just enrolled in her NQF4 course to study to become a fully qualified estate agent.
