Another happy move-in in Fynbos Lifestyle Estate

The new tenant chose this apartment after selling his house downscaling to save more while enjoying a lifestyle that suits him better. The generous balcony with north-facing sunsets, the practical kitchen layout and views over the Durbanville Hills made it an easy choice.

What’s important here from a market lesson while other one-bedrooms in the estate were listed below value, this unit still secured strong interest and the rental it deserved. It shows that when a property offers the right combination of location, sunlight, and lifestyle features, the market will respond.

For the landlord, the bond is already covered with returns coming in much earlier than most investors expect, after just over a year of ownership.
