We're excited to host another Salad, Soup, Sweet on Sunday, October 20th, 2024, at Ganzvlei Manor Cottage. Please note that bookings will close on Saturday, October 19th at 6pm.

In light of the outstanding feedback we received from our evening earlier this month, we are pleased to continue the experience this week. Enjoy video highlights from the menu favoured by previous guests.

This is part 1 of 3 covering the renovation of Ganzvlei Manor over a 10-month period. It covers the transformation of the studio cottage. I'd like to acknowledge my incredible builder, Dumpy Olivier, and his team.
Apologies for the poor quality of some of the visuals. My intention originally was to document the journey for personal purposes.

I want to take a moment to thank the guests who joined me over the weekend for Ganzvlei Manor's Salad, Soup, Sweet. A delightful evening. It's always lovely to meet new people. We're sharing some food moments captured by our guests.
