A ROOM IN A HOME SHARED WITH OTHERS,
Dear Professional Lady,
We're looking for someone special to join our little household – a warm, welcoming home near Graaff-Reinet's City Hall where two other professional ladies have already found their comfortable corner of the world.
What makes this home special:
Picture yourself walking across beautiful Oregon pine floors, the kind that tell stories with every creak and shine with character. This isn't just any bedroom – it's a spacious sanctuary where you can truly breathe and be yourself.
Our home offers the comfort you deserve after a long day:
• Two full bathrooms (one with a refreshing shower, the other with a relaxing bath – because sometimes you need options!)
• A generous kitchen with plenty of tile and counter space for Sunday morning coffee
• A living room that actually feels like living, complete with a fireplace for those chilly Karoo evenings
• High ceilings that keep the summer heat at bay and make every room feel open and airy
• An entrance room that flows beautifully – use it as a dining room for family visits, or as your personal study space
• A garden to step into when you need fresh air and a moment of peace
Water is included, because we believe in keeping things simple and fair.
The practical details:
• R2,850 per month
• Damage deposit of 2 months (and we understand times can be tight – you can spread it over 4 months)
• Available immediately
This could be your new place to stay.
If you're a professional woman looking for more than just four walls – if you want a place where you can kick off your shoes, share a cup of tea with housemates who respect your space, and truly feel at home – then let's talk.
Don't wait. Your room is ready for you.
WhatsApp Ken with your name at 071 475 9597 and let's arrange a viewing. Come see for yourself why this could be exactly what you've been looking for.
