We photographed this brand-new one-bedroom apartment at Park Place in Century City, capturing the details that make the space feel bright, comfortable and considered.

It has a private balcony overlooking the river, a fully equipped kitchen, a dedicated workspace and access to the Park Place Clubhouse, including the pool, braai area and meeting spaces.

Rosebank has a lot going for it, and The Monroe puts you right in the middle of it.

This two-bedroom apartment sits just around the corner from Rosebank Mall, with a leafy garden, private outdoor space and a pool overlooking the neighbourhood. Inside, you’ll find a bright open-plan living area, a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of room to settle in. The second bedroom also has its own kitchenette, which is a nice bonus for longer stays or a little extra privacy.
