A little less screen time, a little more *me time*.

For Wellness Week, our HQ team made space to slow down with yoga, Promenade walks, crafts, blood donations and a few sessions with our Discovery brokers.

Then Friday brought the desk massages, therapy dogs and fruit platter. Safe to say, we could get used to this.

A reminder that taking care of ourselves matters just as much as everything we do for everyone else.
