🌟 Outstanding Seasonal Pizza with a View!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you're looking for a spot with breathtaking views of the ocean, Piza Ē Vino Hartenbos Seefront is an absolute gem. It was an easy, scenic 13-minute walk from our cottage, making it the perfect location for a relaxed meal by the coast.

They currently have a fantastic Seasonal Specialties menu running, but we couldn't resist trying a medium pizza with a barbeque base, spare rib, and—of course—pineapple!

Why it’s worth a visit:
The Crust: Super thin, perfectly crispy, and holds up beautifully.
The Toppings: They hit the absolute sweet spot with the right amount of toppings without making the base soggy.
The Sauce: Unlike other establishments in the area where the BBQ sauce can be completely overpowering, Pizza e Vino gets the balance just right. It's subtle, savory, and complements the spare rib and sweet pineapple perfectly.

Whether you're popping in for their new seasonal menu or looking for a great pizza paired with a chilled glass of w**e right by the water, this place is highly recommended. We will definitely be back!

🍕 Hidden Gem Alert: Salty River Beerhouse! 🍻

If you are looking for the absolute best thin-crust pizza in the area, you have to try Salty River Beerhouse in Klein Brakrivier!

We recently visited, and it completely hit the spot. The crusts are perfectly light and crispy, the toppings are generous, and the overall vibe is just fantastic.

Here is why it’s a absolute winner:

✨ The Pizzas: Genuinely the best thin crust around. Absolutely delicious!
✨ The Atmosphere: Incredible, wide-open outdoor space with plenty of room for the kids to run around and play safely.
✨ Pet Friendly: Bring your fur-babies along! They are incredibly dog-friendly. 🐶❤️
✨ Great Service: The staff are friendly, welcoming, and make you feel right at home.

Best of all for our guests? It is a quick and easy 9-minute drive from Hartenbos Breakaway, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed lunch or a fun family dinner during your stay.

Pop past and support this local gem—you won't regret it!

Something’s brewing in the Hartenbos Breakaway laundry room! 🧺✨

We are hard at work putting the finishing touches on our dedicated laundry space. While we aren’t quite at the finish line yet, we wanted to give you a sneak peek of what’s coming.

For our upcoming peak season, we are thrilled to announce that we will be offering a Wash & Fold service for all our guests! 🧼🙌 We know you’d rather be at the beach or enjoying a braai than worrying about laundry, so let us take that off your hands.
