Veertien jaar gelede het Nikkie haar reis by Pam Golding begin, sonder om te weet waarheen hierdie pad haar sou lei. Vandag, 14 jaar later, is sy steeds ’n bekende en vertroude naam in Heidelberg se eiendomsmark – met talle verhale, mylpale en kliΓ«nteverhoudings wat oor die jare opgebou is.

Hier is haar storie:

Vandag, 14 jaar gelede, het my reis by Pam Golding begin. As ek terugkyk, kan ek eerlik sΓͺ: wat 'n ongelooflike avontuur was dit nie!
Die stories wat ek oor die afgelope 14 jaar versamel het, is genoeg om 'n boek te skryf.

Toe ek in 2012 by Pam Golding aangesluit het, het ek absoluut niks van eiendomme verkoop geweet nie. Ek het begin as 'n PA vir die prinsipaal en dit was gedurende daardie tydperk wat ek my heel eerste eiendom verkoop het.
Een Saterdag het sy my ingeroep en gevra of ek die verkoopsagent in Heidelberg wil word. My onmiddellike antwoord was: "Nee dankie!" Sy het gevra dat ek die naweek daaroor moet d**k. Na 'n lang naweek van wonder en oorweeg, het ek besluit om die kans te vat.

En hier is ek steeds vandag... 14 Jaar later. ❀️
Hierdie loopbaan het my op maniere gevorm wat ek nooit sou kon d**k nie. Ek het soveel geleer, soveel gegroei en die voorreg gehad om deel te wees van mense se grootste mylpale. Ek was daar wanneer drome waar geword het, wanneer nuwe hoofstukke begin het en wanneer moeilike afskeide geneem moes word.
Ek het ongelooflike mense ontmoet, nuwe vriendskappe gebou en kliënte wat oor die jare soos familie geword het. Ek het huise vir meer as een keer verkoop en die voorreg gehad om saam met kliente deur verskillende seisoene van hul lewens te stap. 🏑❀️

Ek het trane van hartseer gesien, maar ook trane van blydskap. Ek het die stres, die onsekerheid en die opgewondenheid beleef wat met elke transaksie gepaardgaan. Want die waarheid is, ons verkoop nie net huise nie, ons werk met mense, met herinneringe, met emosies, met drome en toekomsplanne.

En dit is waarom hierdie beroep soveel meer is as net 'n werk. Baie sien net die eindresultaat, maar besef nie altyd wat agter die skerms gebeur nie. Die lang ure, die emosionele betrokkenheid, die teleurstellings en die vreugdes. Daarom salute ek elke agent daar buite.

Maar ten spyte van alles, sal ek dit vir niks verruil nie. Daar is min dinge wat kan vergelyk met die gevoel wanneer registrasie plaasvind en jy weet beide die koper en verkoper stap gelukkig weg. πŸ”‘βœ¨

Aan elke koper en verkoper wat die afgelope 14 jaar deel van my reis was - dankie. Dankie vir julle vertroue, julle ondersteuning en die geleentheid om deel van julle stories te wees.
