🌿🌸 The 2nd weekend of Open Gardens — done and dusted! 🌸🌿
What an absolute joy to see so many people appreciating the beauty of our gardens! 🩷 All the hard work, planning and effort that goes into making these weekends a success is so worth it when you see the joy, excitement and appreciation it brings to others. And that’s exactly why I do it! 🩷👌🏼💯
Beyond the joy of sharing these beautiful spaces, there’s an even bigger purpose behind it all — to help raise the much-needed funds to maintain and preserve our beautiful Arboretum 🌳🌿🩷 Knowing that all this hard work contributes to protecting such a special place makes it all the more worthwhile!
From a marriage proposal 💍 to incredible chainsaw art, having Shihl and TKY set up a pop-up shop, plant sales, music in the garden, a mushroom foray… and the list goes on and on! 🌱🎶🍄 What a wonderful weekend filled with so much to see, experience and enjoy! 👌🏼
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed, participated, opened their gardens, supported the sales and came along to enjoy the weekend. And thank You, Lord, for blessing us with such beautiful weather once again! 🙏🏼☀️
Now, just a little breather for our committee and homeowners before we do it all again in November! 🌸
📅 Save the date: 13–15 November!
For now, here are just a few pics capturing some of the magic from the weekend. 📸🩷
