WHY YOU NEED THE NEGOTIATOR SEE BELOW CASE

Dear investors

I bought a house last year and was registered in September 2015. In the same week i requested plans for the house. I was sent from pillar to post in the beginning. However after I reported their behaviour in November 2015 to their group ceo. I was told the seller will get two quotes for the draftsman to draw up the plans and submitted them to municipality. After 6 months of following up and wanting update on these plans. I was told to come to their office, that is the agent to discuss the plans. I was told that the plans were submitted however could not be signed as they are illegally structures like the roof of the garage next to the kitchen and roof in the bar area. Unless these are romoved these plans will not be signed or accept the unsigned house plans. Of course I rejected both options giving the agent and the seller an alternative to install the glass roof if that is legally but they cannot remove the roof without replacing it with alternative roof that is allowed. They have indicated then today that they have tried to sort out the dilemma but their mandate was to sell the house only. In an offer to puchase there is a clause that says I must get the approved plans for the house once it is registered. The agent is chas everitt in kempton park. Where can I report them both the seller and the agent??? I need the full house plans for the house as it was of the conditions on the offer to puchase.

A house in Lonehill sold at R 4 300.00 after being on the market for more than 18months. It came on the market at R 5 999 000.00 as valued by the "Top Professional Agents" the price later dropped to R 4 999 000.00 then six months later the price was reduced to R4 500 000.00 Actually agents expected under R4 000 000.00
The interesting facts is that the buyer thinks he got a good deal,when he possible paid R300 000.00 over market value. Makes you think doesn't it . Who are you buying your house from, more importantly are you paying the right price....
