1. The Transferring Attorney who transfers the property and is appointed by the seller and represents the seller.
2. The Bond Attorney who needs to register the bond over the property, when the buyer is not buying the home cash. The bank who granted the buyer a home loan appoints this attorney.
3. The Cancellation Attorney who cancels the existing bond over the property that the seller may have had. This attorney is appointed by the bank that granted the seller the home loan.
