A NEW CHAPTER IN JEFFREYS BAY PROPERTY
We’re incredibly excited to introduce Realtor of Excellence Jeffreys Bay, bringing together decades of experience, a deep connection to the property world and a genuine love for Jeffreys Bay.
Our team is Mike, Karen and Donovan — three people with different backgrounds and strengths, but a shared commitment to integrity, honesty, professionalism and exceptional service.
Between us, our experience extends well beyond traditional property sales.
You may already know Mike & Karen van Rensburg, established estate agents in Jeffreys Bay who have built strong relationships within the local community and property market.
Before entering real estate, Mike and Karen spent 20 years in architectural design, giving them a strong understanding of buildings, design, renovations and the potential that lies within a property.
Their journey has also included the marine and yacht industry, with experience in yacht sales, brokerage and refit projects — experiences that taught them the importance of detail, negotiation, trust and looking after significant investments.
Donovan Grey brings more than 30 years of experience in the property industry. He was one of the first agents in Parklands, Cape Town, where he became well known through Grey Properties, and has built an impressive career, particularly in development sales.
More recently, Donovan took on the challenge of Coral Beach Estate when many agents were reluctant to get involved. Through his persistence, experience and belief in the development, he played a significant role in putting Coral Beach Estate on the map.
Now, we’re bringing all of this experience together under Realtor of Excellence.
