Ocean View Holiday Apartment 4 is on the first floor with stairs and within close proximity to the Equinox Shopping Mall and all the main shops in town.

It is very centrally situated as it is just outside the hustle and bustle of town, but still a 2 minute drive from amenities and within walking distance to the main beach.

A fantastic place suited for both holiday makers and business executives. All you need to pack is your clothing. Linen and towels are provided. All the rest like food and miscellanies can be purchased right around the corner from us.

Bedrooms:
Accommodation is offered in 2 well-appointed bedrooms, accommodating up to 2 guests in each. Both these fully furnished rooms have a comfortable double bed and a sliding door leading to a private balcony. The Main bedroom has a view overlooking the sea. Open patio doors allow the sea breeze to blow through, keeping the lounge and bedrooms area comfortable during the summer heat.

Bathroom:
One communal bathroom with shower over the bath

Balcony:
The main balcony is furnished with a wooden table, 4 chairs and 2 sun loungers where guests can relax with breathtaking views of the ocean. The kitchen is equipped with a moveable electrical grill which can be placed outside for a relaxing barbeque effect.

Kitchen:
An open plan kitchen is furnished with granite counter tops, a stove, electrical grill, fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee machine, snack witcher, toaster, crockery & cutlery, microwave, iron and ironing board. A domestic can be arranged for long term visitors.

Lounge:
The lounge is furnished with tasteful modern furniture, has a sliding door leading to the main balcony and is equipped with a flat screen TV. Selected open time channels as well as the SABC channels are available. There is even a selection of books and magazines for the reader lovers. A fan heater is packed away for the colder nights.

Parking:
More than enough secure parking is available free of charge inside the complex. Remote controlled gate and security gate leading to the apartment.

General:
You will be met at the apartment so that the keys can be handed over to you. The unit are not serviced but bedding changed after four to five days. Accommodation is to be paid in full before your arrival in Jeffreys Bay. We also charge a refundable key/breakage deposit of R 250.00. Banking details should be handed in for the refund which will take 2-3 working days after your departure.
