Barlow Park is moving into its next chapter.

Phase 3 is now under way, adding a further 406 rental apartments to the established mixed-use precinct at the gateway to Sandton.

For Divercity, this next phase builds on a proposition that has been central to Barlow Park from the outset: well-located, quality rental housing should not require people to compromise on access to opportunity, convenience or lifestyle.

What began as an ambitious redevelopment has grown into a connected neighbourhood where residential, retail, education and shared amenities work together. The strong demand for the first residential phase demonstrated the relevance of that model.

Phase 3 takes it further, expanding the residential offering and introducing additional amenities as Barlow Park continues to grow.

A new chapter for Cape Town’s inner city is about to begin.

Jetty Quarter is getting ready to welcome its first residents, with Checkers also opening soon at the development.

Cape Town Development Update: 23 Lower Long

Construction has reached an exciting milestone with the casting of the 5th floor slab now underway. Despite a challenging winter season, the team has kept the project on track, with the parking levels nearly complete.

As the structure rises above the podium, the building is beginning to make its mark on the city skyline. The next stage will see progress into the residential floors, bringing this landmark closer to completion.

On the retail side, we’ll soon be announcing newly signed tenants that will add further vibrancy to the development.

With spring around the corner, we look forward to warmer days and continued momentum as this new addition to Cape Town’s C*D takes shape.
