✔️ Proven experience in Sectional Title and HOA portfolio management
✔️ Strong knowledge of STSMA and CSOS requirements
✔️ Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
✔️ Strong organisational and administrative abilities
✔️ The ability to manage multiple portfolios, priorities and deadlines
✔️ A professional, proactive and service-focused approach
🎯 Your Role
As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for the effective management of Sectional Title and HOA portfolios, maintaining strong relationships with trustees, directors and owners, coordinating scheme-related matters and ensuring that portfolios are managed efficiently and professionally.
