While busy behind the scenes with the planning for Niche as well as the Kessel Street Development, we were given the opportunity to assist JMR with their head office alterations.

Phase 1 of the project started towards the end of 2023 and is now nearing completion.

Phase 1 included the following:

- office improvements (floors, walls, ceilings, bathrooms and kitchen).
- exterior painting of the existing warehouse.
- replacement of all polycarb sheeting on the existing warehouse.
- extending the existing warehouse.
- construction of a new guardhouse.
- landscaping improvements.

We will soon share a few before and after photos.

*Introducing NICHE*

Nurturing Institute for Childrens Health and Education

NICHE will provide full-time as well as flexible health and educational workspaces and/or the opportunity to be part of an offsite network.

The NICHE facility, which will be located in Fairland, will have high quality, modern, and aesthetically pleasing workspaces with uninterrupted water- and electricity supply and high speed fibre.

Since the middle of 2023 we've been busy behind the scenes with two exciting new projects →

- Niche (Nurturing Institute for Children's Health and Education).
- 118 on Kessel, a unique Industrial Farmhouse Development.

Niche will roll out first with an anticipated opening date of 1 September 2024. The Kessel Street Development will only start towards the end of 2024 / beginning of 2025.

The new Ford Ranger Wildtrak X. Recently launched in Australia.

133 Smit Street was used during the filming of the promo video for the official launch of this vehicle.

The Wildtrak X bridges the gap between the regular Wildtrak and the Raptor.

The 133 Smit Street bathrooms were fitted with stylish products from

For the 133 on Smit renovation project we've opted for an industrial luxury design; a design style that is increasing in popularity.

Other than creating big open spaces, and ensuring the house gets plenty of natural light, we focused on the following to give the house that industrial but luxurious look and feel.

The industrial elements include the earth tone colours, steel I-beams, exposed brick surfaces, wood surfaces, stained concrete finishes, charcoal powder coated aluminium doors and windows, custom steel balustrades, steel shelving, industrial type lighting, as well as the black taps and bathroom accessories.

Modern elements include the white freestanding baths, matt marble wall tiles, white marble look countertops, light grey push open cupboards and the SMEG appliances.

We believe one of the best things you can do to get your property market ready, is to stage it. It helps a potential buyer to visualize what the property can or will look like when it is fully furnished, and it also helps them to see the true potential of a space.

The Spacenergy team did an amazing job at 133 Smit Street, with furniture, decor and colours that suited the modern industrial style of the house perfectly.

There is no doubt that a good architect is crucial for the success of any major renovation or new building project.
