The firm was established by Cornel J Swanepoel in April 2015. Cornel Swanepoel completed a B.comm (law) degree in 2005 at the University of Johannesburg and in 2007 obtained her LLB degree from the same institution. She was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court of South Africa in 2009. In 2010 she completed a post graduate qualification in Corporate Law. In 2015 she was awarded Right of Appearance in the High Court of South Africa.
