Today we move into buildings without having a clue what happens in it. I moved into a building based on security only to find out that security is pathetic and what happens in the building is scary but when tenants or potential buyers come in they sell them so many promises as I was sold to find out its all a lie.

I created this page because often we don't know all the negatives of a complex or landlord. On the flip side we approve tenants who are financially sound while they turn out to be a nightmare and leave your property in shambles. Let's rate our experiences while helping each other to avoid troubles and headaches.
