To whom it may concern,

I would like to bring to your attention , that the two following staff members need a good hand clapping for their effort, team work and outstanding efficiency in assisting me help my lady friend in viewing a rental.

Sage who is in Sales as you know overheard me speaking to my friend and said that she would get one of the rental ladies to contact me . Well I totally forgot but Sage handled me with great respect and assisted me by contacting her rental department on my behalf and getting them to contact me the very next day. Lorraine contacted me shortly after Sage had reminded me . Lorraine is the friendliest very helpful and politel person I have been in contact with for very long time . They both took me under their wings and treated me like family and not just another Customer.
