Fresh data is in for Sunninghill and Sunninghill Gardens 👇

The standout this month: sectional title sales are dominating the market — and honestly, it’s not a shock. Sectional title makes up roughly 70% of the total area’s stock, with full title homes sitting at around 30%. So when sectional leads sales volume, it’s really just the market reflecting its own composition.

What will be interesting to watch is what happens next month — does that 70/30 split hold in sales activity too, or do we start seeing more movement on the full title side? 👀
