Bookkeeping full function with Sage experience
We currently have an awesome opportunity for an experienced Book-Keeper to join a real estate sector in Sandton.
If you have at least 8+ years of experience in the field of Bookkeeping and a keen interest in the property management then this role is perfect for you.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparing Customer Invoices
Capturing supplier invoices
Check that invoices and statement are the correct amounts before paid
Responsible for creditor’s invoices requested / received, verified,
captured and posted
Recording transactions for the correct account and accounting
period
Perform periodic reconciliation of creditor’s accounts
Respond to queries made by suppliers with regards to payment and try to resolve problems at hand
Ensuring bank statements are captured and posted.
Ensuring petty cash balances and is signed off
Accurate filing of bank statements, creditor’s invoices, leases and
any other backup documents
Perform periodic reconciliation of bank accounts
Leave Reconciliation
Overtime reconciliation for monthly payroll
Verifying the integrity of all paperwork received for processing i.e.
Leave, ID documents, contracts & salary increases
Maintenance of employees file, including all confidential HR
information
Administration of all BBBEE paperwork in line with verification
agent needs
Preparation of audit files for all companies
Maintenance of company vehicles
Completion of ad-hoc tasks as requested by Management, across
the Group of companies
Desired Experience & Qualification:-
Graduate
8+ years of experience
Sage knowledge is a must
Must be proficient in MS Excel
Must have real estate expereince
