Duties & Responsibilities
• Assisting in the creation of marketing strategies in defined territory
• Expansion of services and product offerings
• Must be able to go out and bring in new business opportunities for the Stokvel
• Concluding delivery plans locally and from South Africa route to the desired market
• Development of long-term deals between the members and Stokvel
• The Consultant must take ownership of the full sales lifecycle (i.e. quote generation, PO, SO, MO, QA, DN, issuing of an invoice) and shall ensure all relevant parties fulfil the respective tasks to ensure smooth engagement with members in his/ her portfolio.
• With the support of the Finance Department, ensures that payment terms are adhered to by the members and shall be responsible for the collection of monies owed. They will also need to update the Finance Department on the nature of payment and payment arrangement signed off on by Management.
• Shall build relationships with other internal Company departments such as those in Operations and Finance, to ensure a streamlined customer experience. This expectation is extended to other members in the sales department including the external sales team members.
• Shall engage with member representatives in the respective logistics, purchasing, product management, project managers, brand specialists and buying’ departments to ensure complete knowledge of the stokvel as an entity
• Creates long term evolution partnerships and concludes deal negotiations in their entirety or as far as possible
• Engage with members face to face, telephonically and digitally (Zoom)

Desired Experience & Qualification
• Matric preferably with Maths and/ or Accounting
• Sales or Marketing diploma or degree advantageous.
• Knowledge of property field highly advantageous.
• Must have intermediate computer skills on Microsoft office especially on Microsoft Excel.
