Reading your notes over and over isn't studying. THIS is studying:

✅ STEP 1: Read a section of your notes
✅ STEP 2: Close the book / flip the notes over
✅ STEP 3: Write down EVERYTHING you remember no peeking
✅ STEP 4: Check what you got right & what you missed
✅ STEP 5: Repeat for what you missed until it sticks

Active Recall forces your brain to actually RETRIEVE information which is exactly what happens in an exam. Stop highlighting. Start recalling.

Your brain is a muscle. Train it the right way.

We are officially launching the AFHCO Winter Drive! We're collecting warm clothing and blankets to give back to those facing the cold without shelter or warmth.
