In residential estates -
• Receiving our mandate directly from the Board and thus reporting exclusively to the Board with limited direct interaction with owners or tenants.
• Emergency project management services are available 24/7 all year round.
• Responsible f

or all communication pertaining to operations through coordination with the managing agent. Key communications include housekeeping, safety and security, gardens and maintenance, transgressions of the conduct rules, ad hoc operational tasks and remedial projects, estate news and developments.
• Implements and ensures that the day-to-day tasks required for the successful operation of the estate are completed timeously and to the Board’s satisfaction. Other Services Provided:
- Rates and utilities issue resolution and advice.
- Project management - We assist clients in sourcing quotes, ordering materials and providing turnkey project management services on projects.
- Construction - Service and Supply: We assist in sourcing materials at competitive prices. Recent projects include: Repainting residential estate, welding enclosures for plumbing ducts, vent valve additions to plumbing ducts, paving, security enhancements, insurance sourcing, City of Johannesburg issue resolution, garden revamps and sprinkler repairs. We are a 100% BEE partnership and strive to achieve maximum client satisfaction levels.
