Where the Delta Story Began

Every business has a beginning.

Ours started with two brothers, Colin and Cesar Rodrigues.

Fifty years ago, they built Delta Estates on a simple belief: people deserve honest advice, personal service and someone they can trust during life’s biggest decisions.

In the early years, much of their work centred around Johannesburg’s Portuguese community in the south, helping families buy homes, establish roots and build futures for generations to come.

Those relationships became the foundation of Delta.

While the business has evolved over the decades, the principles that guided Colin and Cesar remain part of who we are today.

As we celebrate 50 years, we remember where the journey began and the two brothers whose vision, hard work and commitment to their community were instrumental in building the foundations of Delta Property Group.
