Position: Junior Repairs and Maintenance Specialist
Location: Kya Sands, Randburg
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team. If you have a background in property repairs and maintenance, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various property repairs and maintenance tasks, including painting, minor property, and furniture repairs.
- Organize and lead teams to carry out repair and maintenance work efficiently.
- Plan jobs, determine material requirements, and handle purchasing.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure smooth project ex*****on.
- Willingness to work out of town and on shifts, primarily outside normal business hours.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role with contactable references.
- Proven expertise in property repairs and maintenance.
- Strong organizational skills to manage teams and projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s licence.
