Some days great service just leaves you astonished. This is just a short note of thanks to Jean. From the very first call, only minutes after the ad went up, through the first viewing, subsequent questions, another viewing, to explaining the process and another myriad of questions she was there. Patient, friendly and always a smile to assist.

As a first time buyer I was nervous and anxious about purchasing my home, but also excited. My uncertainty was put at ease throughout by Jean. She answered all my questions, most more than once, she helped get my nerves calm whilst waiting for the bond approval and there after her constant check ins were heaven send!
