Are you a dynamic young individual with a passion for administration and a keen interest in the residential property market? We have the perfect opportunity for you! Join our team as a Part-Time Administration and Property Canvasser and take your career to new heights.
Position: Administration and Property Canvasser.
Schedule: Part-Time (3 days a week), 09H00 to 14H00.
Remuneration: R7,000.00 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
Administration Tasks: Handle day-to-day administrative duties, ensuring smooth operations in the office.
Property Canvassing: Engage with property owners and potential clients to gather information, assess needs, and build strong relationships.
Phone and Email Communication: Maintain regular contact with clients, responding promptly to inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
Data Management: Organize and manage data related to properties, clients, and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications in administration or real estate would be an advantage.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional languages would be an advantage.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software.
Driver's License: A valid driver's license and reliable transport is mandatory.
