Hi Everyone
I am now back in South Africa after a 6 week sabatical overseas to see family and friends.
It appears that the property market has changed recently with the political and economic climate so volatile. There are many properties for sale and rent out there - so plenty to chose from.
Be careful, as well as many properties, there are a lot of rogue agents out there. If you are in doubt always ask your agent to see their Fidelity Certificate. Read everything before signing. Ask lots of questions. Ensure if you deposit money for rental or sales, it goes into the agency Trust Account. The same goes for attorneys.
