Hello,

I am Phil Steynberg and I have been working with Etchells & Young Property Brokers since October 2015. I specialize in residential sales with special emphasis on sectional title properties. I have been very active in the sale of investment properties especially student housing where I find there is still a healthy demand from investors.

I find working in the property industry very exciting as I am constantly working with people that are prepared to invest money in their vision of the future.
