This Youth Day, we're not only commemorating the courage of the youth of '76, we're celebrating the generation carrying that spirit into the future.

At Mowana Properties, that generation already has a face, our graduate trainees. From finance and IT to Lease and Procurement, they're learning, contributing and growing every single day. They're proof that the future of property in this country is young, capable and ready.

Backing young talent isn't a once-a-year post for us it's a year-round commitment. Because when we invest in young people, we're not just building careers. We're building the future.

We were honoured to host the graduates who successfully completed the NQF Level 4 qualification in Real Estate on 4 December 2025.

Mowana sponsored 30 learners for this programme at the beginning of 2024. The qualification spans twelve months, and we are proud to share that the cohort achieved a pass rate of over 90%.

This learnership was delivered by our strategic partner, Camblish Training Institute, an accredited provider for this qualification.

We are equally delighted that several learners have been retained within Mowana Properties, reaffirming our commitment to supporting youth employment in South Africa (NSP).
