Diagnose. Handle objections. Secure the mandate.

We welcomed the Huizemark Property Group team back for another training session with Alex Aucamp , this time focused on Needs Analysis & Mandate Winning.

The session looked at what happens before an agent presents the solution: asking the right questions, understanding what is really driving the seller, adapting the conversation to the person in front of you and getting to the real concern behind an objection.

A key focus was moving away from pitching too soon and instead earning the right to present by first understanding the seller and their needs.

A quick conversation with a conveyancer before you sign can help identify issues with suspensive conditions, occupation, fixtures and fittings, timelines, bond clauses and other terms that can cause delays or disputes later.

It’s much easier to fix a clause before everyone has signed than to untangle it afterwards.
