House Hill‑Venter is a two‑bedroom residential renovation located in the historic suburb of Parkhurst, Johannesburg. The project sensitively reworks an existing footprint, allowing for a cost‑effective approach that preserves the character and scale of its residential context while asserting a confident architectural identity.

Through careful spatial reconfiguration, material restraint, and a strong architectural language, the house balances contemporary living with contextual respect, transforming a modest structure into a refined and expressive home.

House Hill‑Venter is an award‑winning project, recognised with the following accolades:

- Award of Excellence (GIfA)
