After months of entries, presentations and judging, Season 5 came to a fantastic close on Saturday night as we celebrated this year’s category and special award winners.

And taking the top honour was Jacques Coetzee (Axarea Realty) our overall Investor of the Year 2026!

Congratulations to every winner and every finalist who had the courage to put their property investment journey forward this year.

We are incredibly proud of what this community continues to achieve.

Back to back champions!

Rugby and the Edenvale community have always been close to Andrew Walker's heart.

Over the past three years, Andrew has worked closely with Ernie Enslin and others at Edenvale Panthers Junior Rugby Club to help rebuild and strengthen the club. It has been incredibly rewarding to watch it grow and to see such a solid group of young players come together.

SAPIN is therefore especially proud to sponsor the Edenvale Panthers Under 16 team and to celebrate them becoming back to back champions.

We’re proud to see more women choosing property as a way to build wealth, create income and leave a legacy.

This year, Seanice Kacungira and Meikie Segone are our two finalists for the IOTY 2026 Women in Property Award.

Their investments are very different, from short-term accommodation in Johannesburg to student accommodation in Welkom, but both demonstrate what women are achieving within South Africa’s property investment space.

The winner will be announced this Saturday.
