❤️ One year. One big decision. A whole new chapter.
One year ago, I made a decision that changed the way I look at my career, my business and, quite honestly, myself.
I left the comfort of the corporate real-estate world and joined eXp — choosing freedom, flexibility and the opportunity to build a business around people, rather than around corporate rules and bureaucracy.
And what a first year it has been!
🏡 15 deals under my belt — each one representing a person, a family, a dream, a new beginning or sometimes a difficult chapter coming to an end.
🌍 An international investment account with Morgan Stanley — something that represents much more to me than simply an investment. It represents thinking bigger, planning for the future and building something that belongs to me.
❤️ Happy clients, repeat business and referrals — probably the achievement I'm most proud of. Because numbers are great, but knowing that people trusted me with something as important as their property journey means infinitely more.
🐾 And then there's Lucy — my four-legged business partner, chief snack inspector, office companion and constant reminder that work can actually be fun. 😂
But perhaps the biggest milestone of all?
FREEDOM.
Freedom from the old-fashioned “this is how we've always done it” mentality.
Freedom from corporate bureaucracy.
Freedom to build my business around my values.
Freedom to be creative.
Freedom to put my clients first.
And freedom to discover what real estate is actually supposed to be about.
It's about people.
It's about trust.
It's about professionalism without losing the personal touch.
It's about working incredibly hard — while still having fun along the way.
And I've discovered that professionalism and fun aren't opposites.
In fact, they're a pretty unbeatable combination. ❤️
So, one year in, I'm incredibly proud of what I've achieved — but even more excited about what comes next.
15 deals. New opportunities. New friendships. Happy clients. Bigger dreams. And a business that finally feels completely mine.
To every client who trusted me, every person who referred me, every colleague who supported me and every person who has been part of this first year...
