We bought this property in 2013, it was derelict as it was used as a compound. My husband single handed has gutted and renovated this house, with a little help from myself (his wife) and our four children. When I say everything I mean, the plumbing, electrics, tiling, painting replacing ceiling boards, knocking out windows to put in french doors and extending the kitchen. It has taken almost 5 years of doing this (week-ends only, as he has a paying job). It is still not 100% completed, but it is a beautiful unique home right on the beach set in almost two acres of ground.
