- Your life and your breath is sustained by the Lord your God.
- He is with you to hold you up and to help you not to stumble and fall.

PRAYER: Lord, how reassuring it is to know that my life is secure in Your hands. I will rest in the knowledge that You know me, You hold my future and so I have nothing to fear. Amen.

- One of the greatest joys is to know that we are loved.
- I want to remind you that God loves you and you are valuable to Him.
- In His love He wants to turn things around for you, from curses to blessings.
- His love for you is great and reaches to the heavens, so expect good things.

PRAYER: Lord, thank You for Your great love for me. I ask that I would experience Your love and favour working in my life. Turn things around, open doors and make a way where there seems to be no way. Amen.
