Are you an experienced Property Portfolio Manager ready to step into a senior role with real responsibility and impact?

As De Lucia Management continues to grow and expand its property portfolio, we are appointing an experienced Property Portfolio Manager to step into a senior role with real responsibility and impact.

This position is suited to a confident, detail-driven professional who can take ownership of residential and commercial Sectional Title and HOA portfolios while maintaining high governance and service standards.

Key responsibilities include:
✔️ Full portfolio management and administration
✔️ Trustee, member, and stakeholder liaison
✔️ Governance and compliance oversight
✔️ Financial administration and scheme reporting

Minimum requirements:
✔️ 3+ years’ proven experience in Sectional Title and HOA management
✔️ Strong understanding of property and scheme financials
✔️ Solid conflict-resolution and people-management skills
✔️ Excellent communication and administrative abilities

💼 Salary: Market-related, skills-dependent, and negotiable.
