LET'S STAND TOGETHER AND BEAT COVID 19.
Covid 19 - Together we will beat you!!
So that's how this virus looks. Obviously a lot smaller and not visible to the naked eye but rather uneasy on the eye when enlarged.
How does one get to grips with just how devastating this minute creature is? Not easily that's for sure.
Nonetheless there is a way to beat it. Too late to nip it in the bud but it does look positively beatable by denying it the privilege of finding new hosts.
I make a personal appeal to everyone to take the threat seriously and to please follow the guidelines and the law which governs movement.
Those who have the materials required to do home renovations and/or repaint. You have the time. Use it wisely.
I have been asked by friends and family what effect this outbreak will have on the housing market.
A most difficult question to answer. I do not believe that anyone really knows. There is lots of speculation but only time will tell.
My Opinion - Judging from past experience - is:
1) FACTS:
a) Globally economies will come under tremendous pressure.
b) The trend in property prices will be downward.
c) Higher end of the property market will be worst hit.
d) Due to inevitable job losses and business failures
some people will be forced to downsize or may even
face foreclosure. to mention but some of the problems which could lie ahead.
2) REACTION:
a) Don't panic or stress. Every problem has a solution.
b) If you are unsure of what to do about your bond, discuss the way forward with a reliable full status Real Estate Agent.
c) The agent is not a Financial advisor but should be trained to be in a position to steer you in the direction of one, if deemed necessary.
I am here to assist those in the Kempton Park area.
Obviously I cannot meet with you during lockdown but we can set up an appointment for after the restrictions are lifted.
I would appreciate meeting as many of you as possible. Evan those who have no intention of buying or selling property in the forseable future.
This is beneficial in that it helps me to get a better understanding of the areas that I serve and getting an insight into the multitude of cultures that our delightful country has.
