As your realestate agent I will always make sure that your Equity is taken care of and looked after. When investing in property always make sure that it can be turned into an equity I will advise you in how it can be turned into an equity.

Equity is like the ownership stake you have in your house. It's the part of the house that you truly "own" because you've paid for it.

Here's how it works: When you buy a house, you often take out a home loan (mortgage) to pay for it. In the beginning, your home loan balance is high, but as you make monthly payments, you're paying off that loan gradually. The difference between the current value of your house and the amount you still owe on your home loan is your equity.

For example, if your house is worth R1,000,000, and you owe R600,000 on your home loan, your equity is R400,000. This R400,000 represents your ownership in the house.

Equity is essential because it's like a savings account that grows as you pay down your home loan and as your property's value increases over time. You can use your equity for various purposes, such as taking out a home equity loan, selling your house for a profit, or as security for future financial needs. It's a valuable asset that you build as a homeowner.

Absorption Rate:
