Administrative Assistant Position:
Job description
The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.
Responsibilities
Handle and coordinate active calendars
Schedule and confirm meetings
Finalise meeting minutes and action any and all points requiring action
Corresponding with Clients in an efficient and professional manner
Professional formal correspondence drafting
Daily assistance to the Director of the Company
Ad hoc assistance to other departments if required
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
Ability to multitask
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Ability to work under pressure
Problem Solving
Ability to follow instructions and provide feedback
Exceptional English and Grammar
Professional, neat and presentable
Knowledge of the Sectional Title Schemes Management Act is an advantage
Administration Assistant Qualification is an advantage
Salary & Employment Details:
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 08h00am to 16h30pm
Friday 08h00am to 16h00pm
15 days Annual Leave per year
