It gives me great pleasure to write this e-mail with reference to the successful sale of our house in Allen Grove and the excellent service we received from Anita Sinclair.
We engaged Anita to sell our property in early 2016 following unsuccessful attempts by another agency in 2015.

Due to my illness in January and subsequent deterioration of my health we took a family decision to relocate to a rental property in Helderberg retirement village in Somerset West.(April 2016) We did not want to lose this rental opportunity; subsequently this meant we had to leave the property empty.

Anita offered to take the full responsibility of caretaking our home of 40 years and what great care she took of it! This gave our family comfort in that we could concentrate on the relocation and setting up our new life this side.

To say that Anita goes the extra mile is an understatement, during this time Anita took care of the large garden and swimming pool, also ensuring that the house was clean at all times for viewing. She worked at night to show clients the property. There was an issue with the electronic gates at this time too, which she took care of.

Anita is an excellent communicator, returning missed calls promptly and she always kept us up to date with the outcomes of viewings.
It took several months to sell the house, there were a few good offers during this time which did not go through due to the usual Bank decline etc; however at no time did we ever feel despondent due to her positivity and recall her comment “I will sell your house.” and she did!

On Anita’s advice we utilized your attorneys; they were good too and communicated well at all times.

In conclusion, while all the above was taking place I was recovering from a serious illness and Anita took all the stress from us we bless her for that.

She is a tenacious lady who we highly recommend.
