Golden light, tiny stripes and a quiet moment with Mom. 🦓✨🌿

There’s something incredibly special about watching a new life begin. This little zebra was born right here at Kenton Eco Estate, and we’ve been lucky enough to capture these beautiful first moments as it discovers the world alongside Mom.

Our little zebra foal has already started settling in well, and our residents have been fortunate to witness and capture some of these very special moments. 🤍

Now comes the fun part… this little one needs a name! 🦓💛

🦏🏃‍♀️ Running for Rhinos 🏃‍♂️🌿

What a successful and action-packed day at the Kenton Rhino Run! 🎉

A massive thank you to everyone who ran, supported, volunteered, cheered from the sidelines and helped make the event such a success. 💙

It was fantastic seeing the Estate filled with runners, energy and excitement as participants made their way along the routes through Kenton Eco Estate. 🌿🏃‍♀️

We’re incredibly proud to have once again played a part in this wonderful event and to support the important work being done to protect rhinos. 🦏

Spring has brought some very special new life to Kenton Eco Estate. Today, we welcomed the birth of a beautiful zebra foal! 🦓✨

Born into the changing landscape of spring, this little one has arrived just as the Estate begins to burst back into life, with fresh green growth, increased wildlife activity and the unmistakable feeling of a new season beginning.

Now comes the important question… what should we name our newest resident? 👀

🦏🏃‍♀️ READY, SET, RHINO RUN! 🏃‍♂️🦏
Sunday, 20 September | Kenton-on-Sea

Since its inception, Kenton Eco Estate has proudly supported the Kenton Rhino Run, and we can’t wait to welcome runners back to the Estate for another action-packed morning! 🌿

A large portion of the 18 km and 12 km routes will once again take runners through Kenton Eco Estate, with participants entering and passing through from approximately 7:00am – 11:00am.

🚗 Homeowners & visitors: Please be mindful of runners and exercise a little extra caution when driving through the Estate during this time. Let’s give our runners plenty of space and plenty of encouragement! 🏃‍♂️

Meet the Team | Happy 🌿

Happy joined the Kenton Eco Estate team back in 2014 and has been a valued part of our team ever since.

With over a decade of service, Happy is known for his dedication, friendly nature and willingness to lend a helping hand. He plays an important role in our team and is one of the familiar faces who makes Kenton Eco Estate feel like a community.

When he’s not at work, you’ll often find Happy doing what he loves most - soccer! ⚽ A proud Mamelodi Sundowns supporter, Happy is also actively involved in coaching soccer in the Kenton community, sharing his passion for the game and helping young players develop their skills.

We’re incredibly lucky to have had Happy as part of our team all these years, and we look forward to many more years to come! 🌿

Meet the team | Deon 🌿

This week, we’re introducing Deon, another familiar face and valued member of the Kenton Eco Estate team.

Deon has been part of the Kenton Eco Estate family since 2008. Over the years, he has gained a wealth of experience and has played an important role in the day-to-day running and upkeep of the estate. His many years of service are a true reflection of his dedication, reliability and commitment to the estate and the people around him.

Outside of work, Deon enjoys keeping up with current affairs and what’s happening in the world. He is also actively involved in his church, which is an important part of his life.
When it comes to football, Deon supports the Kaizer Chiefs - although he’ll happily admit that he isn’t the biggest football fan! 😄

One thing that stands out about Deon is that he is always willing to assist. Whether it’s helping a colleague, lending a hand where needed or simply getting stuck in to get the job done, Deon is someone the team can rely on.

After 18 years at Kenton Eco Estate, Deon has become an important part of our team and our estate community. We’re grateful for his many years of hard work, dedication and contribution, and we look forward to many more years with him as part of the Kenton Eco Estate family. 🌿
