We are closing off our Academy Calendar for 2023 with Sales The Harcourts Way // Logbook // NQF4 and adding a PDE Prep Workshop too!

Our 2024 Calendar will be sent out early to mid January, and our first session for SALES THW is scheduled to start 22nd January, for all new recruits joining Harcourts. NEW Logbook Course starting 31st January and a new round of NQF4/RPL will start up on 2nd February 2024.

PDE EXAM PREP – For Agents that have Registered for the PDE 4 Exam on 16 November.
The Professional Designation Exam Level 4, PDE 4, is an open-book examination issued by the PPRA to agents who have successfully obtained their NQF 4 qualification – presented by Robyn Evans

LOGBOOK SESSION 1 – INTRODUCTION – This is the first step to becoming a Full Status Property Practitioner. The PPRA requires intern estate agents to complete a Portfolio of Evidence, also referred to as a Logbook. Intern estate agents who hold a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC), are required to compile a logbook during the 12 months of their internship – presented by Robyn Evans

ACADEMY CALENDAR - AUGUST 2023

The August Calendar has a little bit of everything this month to suit your individual needs, in your Real Estate development. Take Note that the Logbook has been dissected into half-hour sessions throughout August and September, for your Assignments & Projects preparations.

Our Legislative training is now entirely in-house, and falls directly under the Harcourts Academy. Going forward, Robyn Evans will now be presenting online courses for Logbook, NQF4 and PDE Exam Prep sessions.

LOGBOOK SESSION 1 – (Repeat) There has been a lot of confusion surrounding session 1 from last week, hence the repeat session this week on 3rd August. Additional Sessions 2-5 will be presented during August and September – also available on the Hub for bookings.

GOAL SETTING, STRATEGY & PLANNING – Effective Goal Setting and planning can make all the difference! This will equip you with invaluable insights and Harcourts tools to master goal setting and planning – presented by Kobus Louw

DEMYSTIFYING RENTAL CANCELLATION PENALTIES – Early cancellation & specifically the calculation of the early cancellation penalty that the landlord MAY be entitled to can be very confusing, therefore this session will include a Q&A – hosted by RentalSphere, with guest expert rental attorney Ismaiel Mohamed

The Agents’ Lease Management Responsibilities – The Landlord & Tenants’ Obligations under the Lease

In this presentation, expert rental trainer, Shaun Luyt, will be covering the agent’s lease management responsibilities – with a specific focus on the obligations of the landlord/s & the tenant/s under the lease.
