Do I need to sell before I buy?

Short answer: usually not. But you do need to know what your current home is actually worth before you start looking, because that number is your budget, not the one in your head.

Beautiful Homes of Knysna 2026. That's a wrap. 💙

On Sunday, Leisure Island opened its doors and Knysna showed up.

Eight extraordinary homes. Milkwoods framed in glass, courtyards built for slow afternoons, lagoon views that stopped everyone mid sentence, and the Heads doing what the Heads do.

To every homeowner who welcomed us in, every guest who bought a ticket, and every volunteer who kept the day running: thank you. Every cent raised goes to Knysna Sedgefield Hospice and the care they give our community all year round.
