This week is SA National Parks Week, and the Garden Route National Park is ready to welcome local visitors to the park for free from 07 to 13 September 2026.

South African citizens can explore the park free of conservation/entry fees and must present a valid South African ID at the gate.

Entrance is free, but all fees still apply to accommodation and activities in the park.
