•We will take care of your property, deal with the tenant and all issues pertaining to the unit where required, ie : rental not paid on time, maintenance, renewals, sourcing of new tenants if need be.

•On board we have a maintenance team who are reputable Companies and guarantee their workmanship. Will request 2 x quotes where needed to give you the Owner the right to decide.

•Inspections and Renewals will be done by myself together with photos.

•All documentation - maintenance, inspections, renewals done will be logged and you as the Owner will be updated at all times.

•I guarantee you the Owner that we give more than 100% and that at the end of the day we will not disappoint you. Our service fee for the abovementioned is well under the fees charged by Agents as the most important person is you the Owner and to ensure that the Tenants are also happy. Our main aim is to provide a good service rather than empty your pockets.

Hello everyone out there. Everyone always thinks by having ones own business from home is easy. Well it could be if there is a good support and that is why I am posting this. My small business is about looking after properties for owners, sorting out maintenance issues, inspections, etc. I believe in honestly and feel that I can take all your hassles away. Yip you might say but would have done it through estate agents, I agree, but the difference is that after working in this field I have found that the owners are not looked after as well as they should be, meaning they paying so much monies and still at the end of the day their properties become a liability more than an asset.
